These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Kansas Plumbing Solutions website. They also describe our text messaging (“SMS”) communications program. By using this website you agree to these Terms. Enrolling in our SMS program is separate and optional, and requires its own consent, which you give by ticking a text messaging consent box on our contact form, by agreeing in our web chat, or by texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is never required to use this website, to request service, or to complete a purchase, and you may decline text messages and still do all three.

Kansas Plumbing Solutions provides general plumbing services to residential and commercial customers in the Douglas County, KS area. Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer. Pricing, equipment, and service terms are confirmed directly with you before any agreement begins.
SMS communications program
Program description. Kansas Plumbing Solutions offers a text messaging program to customers and prospective customers who opt in. Messages may include appointment and meeting reminders, account and service updates, requested quotes or follow-ups, and occasional promotional offers.
How you opt in. You opt in to this program when you submit your phone number through our contact form, request a reply by texting us directly, or otherwise give us your consent to receive text messages.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies with your interactions with us, up to 8 service messages per month and at most 1 promotional message per month. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out. You can cancel this SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After you text STOP, we will send one final SMS confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further messages from us unless you opt in again. If you want to rejoin, simply opt in again the same way you did the first time.
Getting help. Reply HELP at any time for assistance, or contact us directly at 785-760-4642 by call or text.
Carrier liability. Carriers, including wireless providers, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
